After connecting me to an agent called Mustafa he asked if I could send him some documents and quickly resolved the issue and increased my spend limit. Great service provided and Mustafa was the only agent dealing with my case which made things nice and easy. -- Rick .c., 2025-08-28 ### *---- "Why" Why do I have to pay £30 to open this app? -- ggett21, 2025-08-10 ### ***** "Great customer service from Mustafa" The app is quite convenient. Everything is easy to find. When I had an issue with calculation of the spent for the welcome bonus, Mustafa from the customer service provided swift and competent support. -- barbaramoscow, 2025-06-18 ### *---- "Does not connect properly via open banking" Very disappointing experience. Despite having a current account with a bank that should be able to connect to this card, there were numerous errors and the accounts won’t connect properly. Customer service is poor and the issue has not been resolved with the technical team - indeed, the last few chasers have been ignored with no response. I do not recommend as it is a waste of time and clearly a poor technology implementation of open banking. -- CharlieJP, 2025-05-30 ### ***** "Hilton Honours Agent" I was told by a retailer that a transaction had failed but the payment showed up on the app. So I reached out via the app to send message to helpdesk to get a resolution. I knew it would take at least 24 hours for an update but the representative Mustafa dealt with the situation expertly by explaining that if I needed to challenge the transaction then they could raise a Mastercard Chargeback if a refund wasn’t processed by the retailer. So it gave me the confidence to carry out the transaction a second time and the refund did indeed come through 5 days later Mustafa followed up via message to let me now that the merchant issued the refund so overall it was a very well rounded service that Mustafa offered and gave me confidence that the helpdesk agents are focused on the tasks set -- H-c1, 2025-05-15 ### ****- "Wrong price" Its mentioning from £30 but the price is £60 -- Eric-Enno, 2025-05-04 ### *---- "App crash" The app won't even connect. It just crash and my screen goes blank🤦🏾‍♂️ -- Musawenkosi, 2025-04-25 ### ***** "Gold Link assistance" This 5 star review is solely for an agent named Declan. I had been asking for assistance in linking my card to Hilton in order to get my gold status as I had a number of Hilton Reservations / I had not yet received my card and wanted help in this matter. I asked numerous numerous agents since last week and was assured the matter would be addressed with urgency and I would be assisted. I checked into two Hilton properties subsequently and still had not been assisted. Agents gave me vague answers and nobody helped me. This morning I got an email from Declan with a precise direct answer and solution to my problem which worked. I am extremely grateful to him as now I have the benefits that I chose the card for. I am currently at a Hilton in Cape Town and thanks to Declan the hotel has been able to amend my stay with the perks that you get with Gold tier. So zero stars for all the other agents who where simply extremely unhelpful and could possibly do with a lot more training . -- Link assistance, 2025-04-08 ### ***** "Great Service" Had an issue a suspicious transaction on my card. Had a chat with Declan who was able to assist and resolve my issue extremely quickly and efficiently, he really did exceed my expectations for customer service. Definitely enhanced my confidence in the service and the card. -- Cammy2025, 2025-04-01 ### ***** "Great card" Easy to use and accepted everywhere -- practice makes perferfwct, 2025-01-14 [View all Hilton Honors Debit Card reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
