I travelled overseas and tried to check the app to be told my account had been suspended and if I wanted to find out more to contact. When contacted the automated reply said the app is not available in the country I travelled to and it would remain cancelled with no avenue to appeal. And then thanked me for my understanding. Tried to send a message and it just repeats the same. 
Takes your money then blocks your access.
