I had a bunch of likes on my profile and so eventually, I liked everyone within a 300 km radius, and still had a lot of “this person liked you” notifications. I ended up spending $70 to unblurr all their profiles to match with them and they were all within my city (and only 2 of them actually responded)!! So basically, even tho I liked EVERYONE in my city, I still had profiles from people in my city that I couldn’t see without paying for them. Totally garbage app, I should’ve known. Can someone make an app like this that doesn’t do this?

I’ve been on many dating apps, 
Tinder
Bumble
Grindr
Okcupid
And Hily
Out of those apps, 3 of them actually have Saskatoon Saskatchewan area which are Tinder, bumble and Grindr.
Hily and OkCupid do not. That needs to get better.

Absolutely terrible app, they want you to pay 30$ to even look at a message that was a fake person sending it anyways as I got one within 5 minutes. App is a ghost town too showing me people over 100km away because nobody is on it. Complete joke of an app, don't waste your time.

I keep getting coins on the wheel but idk what they’re used for. You’d think you would be able to trade them in for some of the paid features like unblurs. 

Also what’s the point of making a dating app when you can’t even match with people near you without paying? Out of all dating apps I’ve used, one feature they all have in common for free is the ability to change search radius.

Their is a toulette game gift, where a the 6 times days in a row you connect your account , you have a gift time 3 , but a the end it didn’t give you nothing extra , just a new set up for the next 6 days in a row where its says the same pattern

after having few received likes, i thought i would pay to see who likes me knowing that the app is showing no more available people to match with, pressed on Unblur and the app took me to a subscription page of 7.49, paid it gladly but ended up being unable to see the matches because it was a different type of subscription even though the app took me to this payment page upon pressing on unblur!!! 

when contacted support they requested that i upgrade to a more premium subscription to be able to see the received likes! when i insisted on a refund they told me that apple manages the refund when apple only have an option to cancel subscription!! 
also so many fake profiles…

After speaking with their support team on the app, I’ve came to my conclusion to delete the app and just move over to Tinder. I’ve been on this app for days just testing out the app. They will not allow people who have previously liked you to show up on their finders feed, so in result you’ll never match with anyone unless you pay for their Premium+ subscription, which I refuse to pay for. Support was just blaming me for not having enough information on my account, but I’m using the same exact descriptions/pictures as I do on Tinder (except for a couple pictures that got removed due to this app’s terrible photo guidelines). Fix your awful app, and stop requiring people to pay to play.

OK, so today I try the app I got a few match signed up, but then when I paid for the subscription, all the matches disappeared on me, and if I want to see other matches, I had to pay more money to message someone just for them to not respond and the fact is, I shouldn’t have to pay more money just to un blur a photo when I have already paid for the sub already made a request from Apple to get a refund on my subscription. It’s not bucks a week I’m better. I’m just trying in real life. Worst app ever I seriously hope I get a refund.

Terrible customer service and zero flexibility! I’ve been a paying customer for a long time, but when I made an honest mistake, Megan from their support team refused to offer any sort of one-time courtesy. It’s clear they don’t value loyal users at all. There are so many other dating apps out there—save your time and money and avoid this one. You deserve an app that treats its customers with respect, not one that nickel-and-dimes you without any care for your experience.

You can’t do anything on here. Already cancelled. Sorry but this app is not for me. I can’t do anything on here and find it beyond frustrating. I will stick with Hinge and Bumble, at least I can search, connect and talk to people on those with my premium package. I mean I paid $65 for a month on Hinge and I have full access and get additional couple roses (super likes) a week with my subscription. If I want more I can but then but they aren’t necessary. For me this app makes zero sense. Sorry, but it needs to be more user friendly without nickel and diming for access. Always says there is no one around… which I am guessing means that other users have to be on it when you are to connect? Best of luck. Do not recommend.
