Hims: Telehealth for Men

Absolutely disappointed that because I live in Virginia, that I am not eligible for a specific product. I feel that I am being discriminated against because of where I live. What irks me more is the app knew where I lived before I began the assessment. So I spent 20 minutes for absolutely nothing; all to get to the shipping info section for it to give me that frustrating and confusing news. I wanted to give zero stars for this. My health matters just as much as anyone else in a more catered-to state. Oh, and don’t tell me to use the secured chat channel in the app. It’s not even a chat - it’s a selection of topics and brings you back to products that you will not provide me because of where I live!!!!

It’s a garbage business practice that no notification is sent to the customer BEFORE an order will be processed and shipped with enough time to delay or cancel. This is pretty standard practice.

The app will not allow me to cancel my order and processed through as $400/mo for the weight loss drugs and won’t allow me to change it to the $165 option. They lost a customer based on an infuriating experience

Hims automatically charged my card even after I didn’t need the service so beware of the card you put on file

It has not even been 20 days since I got my first bottle of meds and they automatically charged me another $80 for a refill that I didn’t need!!! And there is no way to get off automatic recurring payments other than to cancel the subscription BEFORE they place a refill request. Now I’m getting meds I don’t want and I’m having to pay money I don’t have. Avoid this app like the plague. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

The app is slow, buggy, constantly freezing, and honestly doesn’t have all that much utility to begin with.

I could not be more satisfied with the quick and detailed responses from all the medical professionals working with me through hims. They were there whenever I had a question about my symptoms or my prescription. When I needed to cancel it could not have been easier ether, just message and then it’s done. And then do the same thing when you need to resubscribe. The apps design is very straight forward and easy to understand. 5 out of 5 stars for me.

Prompted to renew my prescription but it doesn’t allow me to upload photos via app. Had to switch to browser

Just signed up and got prescribed meds. Downloaded the app and signed in but get stuck in this loop with a video, and then an intake form for null patient that you can’t bypass. App is inusable.
