Banned for no reason
Downloaded this in 2022 and apparently something got flagged on my account. I forgot about the app in the mean time. I tried to login 3 years later and it says I am permanently banned.. useless appeal process.

* We ask how your dates are going. After exchanging phone numbers with a Match, we’ll follow up to hear how your date went so we can make better recommendations in the future.
The app is free to use. Members looking to see everyone who likes them or send unlimited likes can upgrade to Hinge+. To access additional features, including enhanced recommendations and priority likes, we offer HingeX.

I got banned because a gal has issues with me in real life. Nothing happened between us on the app. It would be cool if these big companies weren’t so cheap and got real people to review the stuff instead of AI.

This app is horrible, how does someone subscribe to HingeX and not even come across any matches within a 6+Km radius, most of the matches are bots. The algorithm was designed horribly. Zero matches in over 2 weeks. This app needs serious change. Waste of time and money. Worst experience ever on the trash app. Embarrassing that this app somehow even has over 4 stars….
Glitchiest app I’ve ever used
Can’t ever see messages people send even though I can see the preview in my notifications. Many messages fail to send, impossible to have real conversations with anyone

Worst app. Was banned within 2 weeks of being on the app and meeting someone (no fit) Apparently I’m impersonating myself. Appeal process is weak

Don’t waste your time on an app that can randomly remove your account without warning. Look elsewhere for dating apps that respect their users. Horrible
This app is always lagging the messages take 24 hrs to show everything cost money I’ve deleted the app like 5 times and redownloaded just to see my replies this is ridiculous
