They explain the exercises/stretches each time. My frequency of needing the ladies room has decreased. And I have noticed a huge difference in my constipation issue. Love this app!!
I truly enjoy this app, it keeps me on track with my fitness and helps me come closer to not only meeting my goals but having a vision for my goals. I enjoy the care team aspect where you have a physical therapist checking in on you, the consistent communication and encouragement really helps me push through. I enjoy the exercises too they are engaging for your body and at times the exercises can engage your environment.
Hinge Health is AMAZING! I would highly recommend (and I do!) to anyone who needs to get the flexibility and mobility back into their lives, with virtually NO PAIN! I have been doing this program now for over 2 years and I can’t stress enough how far I’ve come and how much more I can move and do daily activities without feeling like I’m going to fall or feel pain every time I move! If you haven’t signed up for this FREE program yet, you seriously need to read the reviews (that’s what convinced me!) and then sign up! I’m pretty sure you will not regret it!

Hinge Health is the best app that I have downloaded. It provides exercises that are determined by professionals who can help one address their pain. I like the daily reminders and knowing that I can get feedback and support via text or phone calls.It is physical therapy provided from the daily comfort of my home that has greatly reduced my pain and improved my mood and sense of accomplishment.
This program came just at the right time! I’ve been struggling with knee pain and it has helped me out. The program takes about 10 minutes and has easy, attainable goals. It has helped me be consistent enough to notice small improvements!
When I started HH, I could tell a noticeable improvement in 6 weeks. I usually carry a cane instead of relying on it for walking now
This app/company is great! So many exercises to choose from with information on how it helps pain issues in your body. I find myself doing the exercises throughout the day now that I am aware of how beneficial some movements can be to release the pain.
This program through my work benefits has helped me recover some if what I lost through the pandemic. It just picks up where you leave it if you miss a day or a week and does not even mention it. You are able to choose the area which is bothering you most and the exercises f ok cus on that - so far they have been easy, which is good.
