Hire+

This Hire+ app will allow any professional looking for a new challenge to find the his dream job.
The candidate will be able to choose if wants to have a profile to hire talent (Companies) or if he is looking for new opportunities. Companies that reviewed his profile, liked his profile and send the proposal to selected candidate.
Candidate should be able to view all proposals received from companies. And classify them as “Interested” , “discarded”. Must be possible to the user manifest the interest on the proposal. The proposal should present the company name, type of work (full Remote or presential, etc), type of contract (long term, short term, freelance, etc), salary and other types of benefits (insurance, health plan, etc) and a short description of the project. In case of interest should be activated the text chat option with the company.
Candidate has an option to find the companies and the list of registed companies listed. Intersted candidate has an option to do chat with the companies.
Hire+ app also allows candidates to search the companies and filter companies as per location, industry type, etc. Also, they can upload the CV.
