I went to make an insurance policy and it let me go through every step including payment, only to find out (after payments have been setup and processed) that I cannot log into my account because I have to verify it. Ordinarily this wouldn't be a problem because you would just go to your email and do the extra step and move on with life. Unfortunately though, these ingenious scammers made it so not only did I not receive this critical email, but I cannot find anywhere where I can ask them to resend it. Thus I am now left with the insurance payment every month where I can never even cancel it because I CANNOT EVER LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT.
