The hiSG+ mobile application is brought to you by the Health Promotion Board (HPB), exclusively for participants of the Health Insights Singapore (hiSG) study. The hiSG+ mobile app is designed to provide hiSG participants with a more seamless and engaging study experience by allowing them to respond directly to study questionnaires on the app and log their meals taken via the app’s meal logging tool. Participants are also able to track their progress in the study, earn Healthpoints for participation in study activities, as well as gain deeper insights on their health via the app.

Need to restart the phone when reach another time zone
The app will not allow you to update the meals in the correct date and time period unless you restart the phone after reaching another time zone.
Otherwise a good app to track meals and drinks to get health points which are also synced to Healthy365 app. Great job HPB, our MOH family!
Relogin failed
Cannot login again after session ended. It stucks after keying in the OTP.
Login problems
Got logged out and can’t login as there’s a message that said it needs to connect to Internet and that I need to check the Internet connection. There is nothing wrong with my Internet connection, so I cannot understand this message at all. Pls fix the problem.
Edit function for food log
Like that it caters for local food - but search function still not too great still.
Would be good to include an edit function for the food log to edit any incorrect log submissions as people are unfamiliar with the app and what constitutes the correct portion size. As far as I can see, you cannot edit once it’s been submitted.
mini surveys not appearing
notifs come up but no surveys are seen in the app.
Voucher
Would be really great if there was a "back" function while using vouchers. Rendered my voucher as used because I couldn't back out after clicking on it to use.
System crashes

Can’t sync
Pressed ‘sync now’ multiple times but it has yet to sync to my Fitbit... It keeps giving me the message ‘Your sleep and wear time will be updated shortly.’ It has been two days...
New update
The new update to the healthpoints is much better than the last. Much easier to use.
However, there is no longer the log food rewards, which is confusingly unfortunate. Coz daily wear time reward is so little
