## Hitachi SmarTVue Centre Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Absolute waste of time"
Why offer this app if it doesn’t work or connect to people? Waste of time, bad enough purchasing a smart tv to only find 6 months later hitachi stopped making them and withdrew all support
-- Cmatt78, 2025-05-29

### *---- "Smartvue app"
Unfortunately, I downloaded the smartvue app so I could use smart life to control my tv.
Now, I have a large smartvue sign right across my tv screen.
I’ve tried everything, I have unlinked it you would think it went onto your phone.
I’ve tried everything to get rid of it but nothing works can anyone please help get rid of it.
I would, really appreciate your help and thank you.
-- nana mother goose 89, 2024-03-07

### *---- "Outdated don’t waste your time"
Last updated 4 years ago! Absolutely terrible, nothing works. You should not advertise the app on your newer tvs if it doesn’t function and has no purpose.
-- E-non, 2023-02-24

### *---- "Rubbish"
Used to work, hasn't worked for at least a year now, so much for being a reputable company - more like a bunch of clowns, wont bother with anything else from hitachi, usb and hdmi1 ports packed up after 12months and now the app failed - cant even get basics right
-- Minx_collector, 2023-01-02

### *---- "It doesn’t work again after 2 days"
Not good at all and not reliable
-- Juanita2 19, 2022-09-17

### *---- "Doesn’t work any more"
This app used to be great but all of a sudden just stopped working. Won’t connect with tv at all. Tried deleting and reinstalling and still saying a problem with servers
-- Ghostrider.uk, 2021-06-20

### *---- "Doesn't work"
Can't connect to TV to download channels
-- Tots1888, 2021-04-22

### *---- "Please update can’t get tv listing"
It did work!!! Please update app. Thank you
-- lud19773663, 2021-03-07
