## Hitch - City-to Reviews in United States

### *---- "Poor Customer Service and Route Updates"
I’m sure the service is great when it’s good, but it’s terrible when you need assistance. I had a pickup time of 11:39 am, the driver is going to run 2 hours late. The only customer support for hitch is a chat window and when the situation is explained all they can offer is a $20 hitch voucher and do not offer cash refunds. For trips between Texas cities, I would recommend taking the bus instead.
-- EA8991, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Money Taken no credit given"
Tried to reschedule ride a day before and It took my money completely. No credit given.
-- Heavensperfect, 2024-12-24

### *---- "Do not us this app"
Cancelled driver and wanted to give me credits instead of a refund for my ride being cancelled. Don’t use this service.
-- jbuell04, 2024-12-23

### **--- "Convenient, but bad service"
The customer service is not that good. And please beware of the drivers. One of them tried to set me up with eating sunflower seeds as he was driving, and then putting them on the ground, then he went on to take a photo saying that it was me. The customer service especially Jen is very rude and nasty.
-- Blessing Baz, 2024-12-15

### *---- "not reliable if you have a fixed schedule"
Booked a trip 5 days in advance to the Jacksonville airport from FSU in Tallahassee. As you might imagine, I had booked my ride to get to the airport 2 hours in advance. Hitch cancelled my trip the morning of my ride because of a driver issue and rescheduled my pick up 90 min later. It’s not reliable if you have a fixed schedule.
-- GregLewis, 2024-12-12

### *---- "Unreliable service"
Unresponsive drivers that don't show up. Very disappointing service that is too good to be true
-- teorussell, 2024-12-10

### *---- "DRIVERS BEWARE!!!!"
After reaching out to SUPPORT with their UNFAIR payouts. Will have you going to 3 places for pickups and 3 different dropoffs. 30 mins apart from on another. The time and distance isnt worth a drivers effort!!! This app is GARBAGE. Plus when you REACH OUT, they wont FIX IT, they will just KICK YOU OFF THE APP! I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF PROOF OF THEIR retaliation!!!! I will report to BBB and I WILL LEAVE THIS REVIEW ON ALL PLATFORMS!

I driving in CHICAGO AREA PLUS TEXAS AREA FOR THIS HORRIBLE PAYING COMPANY. I tried to give it a chance.

For an example: It will have you stuck in another city for four or more hours waiting for $72 for a ride that is 3+ hours and 200+ miles drive back to your destination!! After you just drove 3 hours to get there! You dont get paid for time over, so if there is traffic, there is just traffic. Plus passengers tips are only about $5 bc the passenger just paid $230 for one way!!! (I understand not wanting to tip more after that charge)

This app isnt fair nor is it helpful to the ride-sharing community!!!!

🗑️🚮🗑️
-- CHYNA G'ENiUS, 2024-12-05

### *---- "fraud"
scam company.
-- ben131118, 2024-12-02

### ***** "Great Trip"
Excellent trip, drive and service. Much better than expected.
-- Paul Angel Kings, 2024-12-02

### *---- "Terrible experiences so far"
The drives are either very late or don’t show up, the customer care chat support doesn’t respond on time. I cancelled a trip within less than 24 hours and didn’t get my refund credit and when I reached out to support there was no response. When they eventually responded they said I can’t get a refund. Don’t bother wasting your money, just the metro bus because this isn’t worth all the stress tbh.
