I have been a loyal player of Hitwicket Superstar, but my recent experience with the Season Pass for Seasons 20 and 21 has been very disappointing. Completing the final challenge of filling 150 million in the Season Bank within the given time frame is nearly impossible.

I sent three emails to the support team requesting help, but I received no response at all. This lack of communication and support makes it frustrating for players who invest both time and money in the game.

If such issues are not resolved, it will discourage players from purchasing season passes in the future. I expected a fair gaming experience and proper support, but this has been a letdown. I hope the developers address these problems and improve both the challenges and the customer support system.

The special equipment’s like Gloves, helmet, shoes etc for batsmen and bowlers, must be transferable. There should be an option to transfer them to a player first, rather than selling them.

I honestly love this game and the best part is where I get to play with my husband but there are so many bugs specially today this is my third match in a row I am stuck with it just gets hanged and you can’t do anything if I quit the match I lose my streak and trophies too and if I stay nothing happens for example now I am stick at the same page from last 25 mims

The matchmaking is really bad , how can you match 60 level team to a 72 level teams every match I’ve played 50-60 matches and of them 80 percent matches were of 70-71-72 level teams , How can someone win like that just think about it if teams level has 10 level difference that means the players level would be much more different how will you level the ground for them .

->And also give option to switch the equipment to other players , like if have used pro equipment for a 2 star player now I don’t have them for Brilliant Player or WC players 

So there should be option to switch equipment that would be very nice addition

Reducing the stars from 3 to 1. Support is poor. I am your paid customer not a freeloader, and as such you are obliged to provide a decent support. 

Second time I have complained about games freezing but I don’t see any update. 

The game is amazing, graphics awesome, playing is fun, thoughtfully designed. 

I am a paid user and yet the game freezes. More often than not in between a live match in pvp the server connection drops and never connects. 
I loose my rewards and the game doesn’t compensate for all the time such issues creep up. 

I may have a few millions in currency and health or something special but all is lost and so is my power or money to play it. 

It is the game providing teams responsibility to provide seamless access and if there is a disruption the player that is us should be compensated for with a decent and more rewards. 

Or else there are other platforms I can play on.
