## Hive Solar Batteries Description
HIVE Solar Batteries implements cutting edge technology for the use of home solar storage solutions. The Hive 2.9kW battery is a modular solution and is capable of being expanded to 17.4kWh for even greater storage capacity. It has an all-in-one design that is popular with installers and homeowners, as our system has been pre-engineered and prepared in the factory, so that it saves valuable time and minimises the chance of errors during installation.

## Hive Solar Batteries Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Terrible upgrade"
The new updated Hive app looks terrible and is so hard to read. The older version was perfect and needed no change. So disappointed.
-- Waz94, 2024-11-08

### *---- "Horrible UI upgrade"
Wow, this is a bad upgrade. UI is terrible, tiny actually with whoever did this did not consult accessibility for elderly user or even users with good eyesight! The graphs mean nothing now and no logic to what you are looking for. Poor
-- thepumpboy, 2024-10-22

### *---- "Current UI issues"
The new UI is horrible. The only way I can see any discernible visual detail regarding what my system is doing is by looking through the small detail on the screen.
A MASSIVE reduction in font size and use of an oblique image of a home has lead to a significant decrease in quick access to system information and when to turn on an electric vehicle charger.
I don’t know what else has changed but the UI was an unimportant change.
-- MJWDNSFW, 2024-10-19

### ****- "Modernised"
Looks great after today’s update. Finally looks modern
-- Bigkev64, 2024-10-17

### *---- "Non functioning"
App no longer works and - circling trying to log in but nothing happens…
-- maehca, 2024-09-30

### *---- "No monitoring data"
My app has zero data. I set it up correctly with serial number and wi-fi, it worked for a while then stopped. The battery occasionally resets itself so if that means I have to reconnect each time that would make a very poor app
-- Phildun, 2021-01-24

### *---- "DOESN'T WORK"
Those who have given the app a one star rating speak to my experience. The app worked initially, but required to be reset for a new inverter. Since then it’s not worked. The WiFi set up instructions are confusing (and I’m technically competent!). The sign in process takes forever - or says "invalid user". It’s quite simply the worst app I’ve ever had to use!
-- NIKNAMESTAKEN, 2020-10-30

### ****- "Version 2.3.0 does not work do not update"
Version 2.3.0 does not work do not update.
The app immediately shuts down once it opens.Stick with 2.2.0 it still works perfectly.
-- Balerathon, 2020-06-21

### *---- "Stop working"
Does not working 😡😡😡
-- Suju8484, 2020-05-16

### *---- "Has stopped working"
The app worked for 24hrs and now nothing.
It just won’t connect to the servers. I am BBC starting to feel like this was a waste of $6000
