## hiya! Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "🤦🏼"
Re-downloaded this app 5 times for it to glitch every time. Payments are not easy I have to call or wait until 10 for the automatic payment to come out! Rubbish app, bad company, really bad quality on tvs (when it’s a dark screen) once I payed off the really bad quality tv, never using this company again
-- tossboi6968, 2024-11-03

### *---- "Not working"
app not loading up have tried everything waste of time
-- Warbie43, 2024-10-10

### *---- "Worst app"
Worst app I have ever tried to use.
In a nut shell it does not work
-- Jospanishjo, 2024-09-30

### *---- "DONT BOTHER"
Honestly wouldn’t waste your time. I will be returning my tv. Pay 20£ a week. If you oayment is late your tv gets LOCKED. if you haven’t internet your tv gets LOCKED. You can’t actually send a message to them if you have a problem. They will ring you 5+ times a day if your payment is late at all…and not just off one number. They bombard you with calls. Honestly not worth it in the end when your finished paying.

### *---- "Waste of time"
App constantly fails
Pointless unable to do anything on it, biggest waste of time
-- Jhind7186, 2023-07-31

### *---- "Waste of time"
Continually the same issues with this app. Lucky if I can even make it to the home page most of the time on the rare occasions I can make it load I’m left unable to make payments because the payments section won’t load or it decides to forget my payment cards. Does anybody at hiya even read messages we send through the app? I’ve sent a couple of messages now regarding different things and had no communication back. Absolutely awful app.
-- sarge773, 2023-07-31

### *---- "Shocking"
Shocking app - never works - can’t make payments NOTHING!
-- Stormii-Luxx, 2023-07-24

### ***-- "Miss mayo"
Ever since they’ve made me go on their app I can’t pay my late payment because nothings happening on there it’s just blank I’ve tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it but to no avail which is very annoying and frustrating before you expected us to pay in your app I found just logging in more easier & within minutes I could pay any late or missed payments now you expect us to use the app im no longer able to access your page online but I can’t pay rental as the app is useless
-- pinkmissy78, 2023-05-12

### **--- "Waste of time"
