Hizentra App

I try and use the app, but it shuts down on me after about twenty minutes. This has been doing this to me for a while now. If I could give 0 u. I would. It needs fixed. I have downloaded the newest version. But it still doesn’t work. App still shuts off about twenty minutes and then wants to start all over again. I just can’t trust the app to work anymore. Dr says to keep records of Hizentra infusions but I cannot do it digital. I have to write it all down like I used to. Please fix it. It is a Bother.

Recording same day, but “past” infusions is frustrating. The date won’t stay current and forces the date one day prior. Some people don’t open the app the exact moment they begin but still record it later in the day. It’s silly to have that option if the date will always be incorrect.

In your previous version, there was a Notes section. I was able to be more specific entering exactly where the infusion sites were located. I don’t need to know how long it took me to infuse, I need to know exactly where I infused!! A couple of weeks ago, I entered all infusion information and saved it. The following week, when I went into the app, the previous infusion details were gone!!

Not a huge fan of the app. It’s basically impossible to change your infusion schedule as the app interface just isn’t very user friendly. It’s requires me to reset password on several occasions. More of a hassle than a help.

Add to last rewiew when APP log me out. I have start from the beginning and stuff back in and infusion is already in progress.

Literally every week I finish my infusion and record it and then the next time I open the app a week later the last infusion timer running again and I have to stop it and edit the record. It’s shocking how clunky and buggy this app is. Never thought I’d miss the old analog journal.

This app is always causing me to re-enter my data. It never saves my Face ID information, so I have to manually sign in every time. As far as my usage data, I’ve had to re-enter multiple infusion data multiple times because it just doesn’t save my information.

This app has crashed more time than it has worked in the last two months. It does not finalize my infusion but deletes it before it is recorded.

Won’t save a passcode. Face ID never works. Paper would be better. It’s horrible.

New software is not great. Let me put in the infusion time not start a timer. If it isn’t convenient it doesn’t get used properly Get rid of the foolish nickname
