WORST APPS EVER!
Everytime login there must be an issue!!!!
Also stated error code :
FAILED TO CONNECT TO NETWORK !!!
Why my phone able to login others bank Apps but only HLB failed to login ?!
Half way to proceed reset password also server down for many rounds!!!
Been tried more than 10 times per day !!!
* Reset password - received OTP - receive email - keyin password in email - key in new password*
Been doing all over again and again many times but in the end !!! SURVEY DOWN !!!!

*Issues:*
1. **QR Code Scanning:**
- Every time I scan a QR code, the camera automatically zooms in, making it difficult to get the code in frame. I have to stand back significantly to scan the QR code properly. This zooming issue disrupts the user experience and makes the process cumbersome.
2. **Performance:**
- The app is notably slow when processing QR payments. It feels very heavy and takes a long time to complete transactions. This sluggishness is frustrating, especially when trying to make quick payments.
**Overall:** The Hong Leong Bank Connect app needs improvements in both QR scanning functionality and overall performance to enhance the user experience.
Frequent error and crash recently
Why the apps always crash and error lately?? Even in the middle of transaction can crash and not available etc.

New number updated
I already went to the hlb branch and asked the staff at counter to change and update my old number to the new one. Then I thought after all the changes I can finally receive the tac for transactions. However, when I try to log in the app ask for tac number but I cant receive any tac number that has been sent. What else should I do after this? I need to go back to the branch for a second time just to updated again? Wth. Wasting time. Please solve this problem
