## HLB ConnectPro Reviews in Malaysia

### *---- "Not user friendly"
Worst online banking app ever seen.
-- ziewchee, 2026-10-19

### *---- "Make it easy to Add favourites account"
Can you make it easy to add favourites account? I more like HLB connect first, don’t know why force me change to connect pro🤦‍♀️
-- Fannytsn, 2026-10-18

### *---- "Even Worse Experience"
Keep ask me to relogin, system keep on refreshing. To be honest better use back the old apps
-- hsidjeirndke, 2026-10-16

### *---- "更换这个app有什么区别"
一点都不人性化，完全不知道要怎么搜索顾客到底有没有过账
-- Hate Advertise, 2026-10-14

### *---- "HLB Connect “No” Pro"
This new app is incredibly inconvenient. I still find myself forced to use the desktop website just to complete standard business payments, defeating the whole purpose of a mobile app. On top of that, the payment receipts have been severely stripped down. Unlike the first HLB Connect app, the new receipts barely show any detailed information, making it a nightmare to verify transfers with suppliers and clients. Please bring back the detailed receipts and fix the app transaction capabilities.
-- Le phoque m'a poussé, 2026-10-12

### *---- "Very slow performance!"
Too many bugs and too slow!!! Hate this!
-- ---hhg, 2026-10-07

### *---- "Nothing Impressive"
I thought new app we can do transactions from phone still need to use website useless update of the year
Learn something from another Bank like RHB etc
-- Oxorikdaq, 2026-09-30

### *---- "Worst banking apps"
Cant login, keep showing user inactive. Was working fine one day before, then suddenly cant login, now cant make payment. Rubbish apps.
-- HendryShee, 2026-09-24

### *---- "Lousy app and banker"
The app respons slow. The hlb banker wont respond. The system admin don't use for 1 month will get freeze. Who will keep on log in system admin without create user?
-- 梦翼.浅飞, 2026-08-27

### *---- "1.0.12 nightmare, intrusive automatic pasting and endless prompting to Allow / Deny pasting."
The recent 1.0.12 update is quite buggy. The app keeps automatically trying to paste from my clipboard, causing iOS to repeatedly prompt me to “Allow Paste” or “Don’t Allow.”

Why would an app need to automatically read and paste from my clipboard in the first place? It’s intrusive, disrupts the user experience, and doesn’t seem necessary.
-- Victor9639, 2026-07-02

### *---- "Failed to Uploard Statutory payment"
Send many email to them never reply at all , i call the customer servide they also said why no people reply until now , i hight lights again but wait until now still no result no reply , and now my payment late who bear the responsible ?????
Even though I already uploaded the EPF, PCB, and SOCSO correctly and filled in everything properly, it still keeps showing ‘Line 2: No employee reference / No employer no.’ even though I already keyed it in and nothing is wrong. Haiz… I prefer using HLB Biz.
-- Ivy Teh 922, 2026-06-12

### *---- "Lousy apps"
Already use for few months
Now just can’t login with password and pin. Show access denied and ERROR no pin setup. And also making payment also load very slow, waste time better use other bank apps
-- kktkktkktkkt, 2026-06-09

### *---- "Internet"
Always show no internet already few month still no settle.
-- Qwertyuiopasdf11111, 2026-06-06

### *---- "Poor experience"
The “proceed” button is blocked by the pop up keyboard.
-- Apple45793, 2026-05-20

### *---- "Lousy app"
Very lousy .. can’t even use app to initiate payment. Key in correct password also said it is wrong password
-- afhdjdj didndgghb, 2026-04-23

### *---- "Poor experience"
Lousy App and website, often show that no internet connection although my internet is working properly.
-- mtkkk18384, 2026-02-15

### *---- "Apps cant log in"
The apps is really problematic. There is always problem with log in. Sometime stated no internet eventhough my internet clearly stated 5G. Key in correct pin also canot log in. It is troublesome for business with partnership. 👎🏼
