You can’t search/ browse all the classes on a particular day, you have to write the class you want to book. -- Genie_2022, 2026-05-20 ### *---- "Absolutely Awful" The search functionality doesn’t work at all, doesn’t pull anything up regardless of date criteria entered. The only way to find class is via previous booking, which is fine if wanting to keep just doing the same class…. Who signed this off as fit for purpose? They clearly didn’t try it or get any customers to try it before release! -- Charlottie71, 2026-01-04 ### *---- "Not Fit for Release" Just tried and it’s clearly not been tested much in the real world and needs a lot of work. Had to reset password, despite email announcing it saying just login with existing details. BTW on the website the look icon to check the password doesn’t unhide the password field to check what you’ve written, not on iOS 26.2 anyway. Tried to make a booking, succeeded but then no record of it, doesn’t appear in the “Entry” section for new QR code entry. Looked in the “My activity” section and found I have two bookings. Deleted one but it deletes both. So are classes going to be booked full but only actually half full due to bugs like this. Only good if you know exactly what class you want and where, no obvious browse by centre/date as with old website. Overall deeply unimpressed. -- pmjd, 2025-12-15 [View all HLH Leisure reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## HLH Leisure Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/hlh-leisure-FlQx/united-kingdom) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/hlh-leisure-FlQx/philippines) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/hlh-leisure-FlQx/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
