I’ve lost cca 45 minutes trying to log in, and that was time I had to browse and buy sth. Time lost. I’ve logged in without problems via website so my pass wasnt wrong after all. It is H&M app that works against them, pushing people to lose interest ore move to other shop. I would say zero stars

I can’t log in into my account, then I delete the app and reinstall it, after that I can log in but just for one use - when I close the app and try to use it later I am automatically logged out and can’t log back in. Also, I can’t put items in my shopping bag. 

Two weeks ago the app was working perfectly fine.
