Horrible App
Nothing has been done for years. Cannot login, cannot create new account, cannot change password. It irritates me so bad when your staff asks to log in and I can’t! Just shut the app if you’re not going to do anything about it.
Seamless method of ordering
Good Morning ppl Its easy to place orders. Any return goods is convenient and the courier knows his job well. My only suggestion is H&M to enable Apple Pay as i am not keen AT ALL of lodging my card details on any online purchase platforms as it’s opened to online hacks that steals card details and gies shopping or splurge and party on my money. Pls expedite this request for other members and most important is to protect the members from getting robbed by unscrupulous ppl on the Web. Thank you so much Fuad Fadzil @Nissan PJ

Aaaargh! I have deleted and reinstalled the app so mant times due to log in issues after so many attempts. FIX IT H&M!!

keyboard keeps hiding “save” button on billing address.
