App doesnt work
The app isn’t working. When I deleted and reinstalled it, opened again, but the next time I tried to open it, it said, “an important service is temporarily unavailable… please try again later or change country.” I can’t change the country, and nothing happens. It still doesn’t work after all the reinstallations.
App is not responsive
App doesn’t open. This is recent issue.
Never ending delivery
The delivery takes unreasonably long. The order is being “packed” and stays at the warehouse for minimum three days before being shipped. And there is absolutely nothing you can do about it since the customer service employee does not care and sends scripted solutions and answers. There is no express version of the delivery or anything like that even if you are ready to pay more, no Instore deliveries which is CRAZY in 2024. DO BETTER. Thank you!
Problems
Since a few days ago I can no longer sign in to my profile. It says my password is incorrect. When I reinstall I can login but then a few hours later I am again signed out and cannot login.
Complaint - favourites list
My favourites list keeps disappearing and it's so annoying! It just doesn't make sense, if I liked it then it should stay there.
The app is NOT working!
I have more problems with the purches that you can posible amagine!!!

Easy shopping with this app.
Great Online Store
Love shopping with H&M. Enjoy the webpage, easy and user friendly. Clothes never disappoint! Good quality always. The purchase always arrives quickly as well and the returns are not a big deal either. Love it. Only thing I would appreciate and add would be some discounts for loyal customers. I spend sooooo much on H&M and feel I don’t get any credit for that.
