La ropa es muy hermosa y variada, sin embargo cuando hablamos de los pagos  es bastante molesto que ofrezcan facturas online vía gmail. Porque la factura no llega !!! Y por ende para hacer un cambio de artículo se vuelve nulo… ya que evidentemente si no hay factura ni registro no puede haber un cambio de pieza.

For the last two weeks I have attempted to purchase items from the App and everytime it says that the purchase cannot be completed and to contact support with the code RM1. It has done this to me every time I have tried to use the app over the last year. Incredibly frustrating.

I am so tired of their website not giving you the option to search for items in store or in a specific store. So I downloaded the app hoping it would give me the option. It’s so annoying you have to click on the item, then click on store availability and 8/10 of the items you click on say not available in store or not available at any stores near you. This is the only company I’ve seen not have this as a search option or a filter feature when searching for items. Please please fix this so I can shop easier since I do love the clothes here

I was order item on Nov 29th but first I put the wrong address so I called H&M to canceled my order with wrong address then I  ordered again for 13items with the right address and I was waiting for a week to get my order. I’m so excited for it but today Dec9th I called them again “ Where’s my order? “ they said it is returning to the warehouse and I was like what!!!! Nobody contacted me or anything so I didn’t know anything why it get returned. If you don’t want this kind of a big mess don’t use this app. No update on the app and they cant fix anything to you.

I predominately shop online bc the stores aren’t close to me so the newest layout is really what I’m not loving. Nearly everything is modeled and the backgrounds are not consistent so the color of the items is not always accurate. Maybe it’s for the sake of cutting back on the fast fashion but it makes purchasing online so much less reliable… like why does the same beige, light beige, khaki, and cream jacket all have to be modeled against different backgrounds?? I can’t tell enough of a difference.

People! Don’t buy online. It takes 2 weeks to fulfilled your order, yet the money is taken out right away from your card. Customer service is awful, English language is a barrier since everything is over seas. Awful experience. I am shopping at my local H&M store.

It’s extremely annoying and unnecessary that they keep wiping my Favorites. Who does that???? Aren’t they saved there for a reason with the idea of coming back and buying later? I re-buy the same products for my son as he grows and I have to dig for old receipts every next time to find the item number. For that reason I stopped shopping there.

the app is weird, its a weird setup i didn’t rlly mind at first because i had to buy my bf a sweater from here but i have to return to refund which is stupid and $2 off my refund. I had just purchased and the price went down after which is bogus, you cant refund once u purchased you have to wait till ur order is here so you can return, still stupid i wanted to buy it for less now its at the same price 🤦‍♀️ heres where it gets worse, i got my package in the mail, its literally ripped up and looks like there has been a box knife through it, its literally ripped literally damaged his sweater and the package been messed with and they had the audacity to put tape over it to make it seem like it hasnt been messed with when it clearly did… idk who to contact abt that and why my package ended up like that.

Ever since they updated the app, it’s been a glitchy mess. You can look for a few min before the app freezes and after a few min just crashes. I was always shopping and using the old app with no problems.
