Loved it, until I didn’t. Things changed in 2021 when they forced me into getting their Credit card and making purchases each month in order to keep the high yield savings rate. Oh but you have to wait until they offer you the Credit Card, can’t just apply for it. Oh but you had to have a certain amount direct deposited-which was my whole paycheck basically. They aren’t in the Zelle network so why would I make this my primary bank? I also didn’t like the fact that you only have a Checking account, no savings account. I want to save money in a savings account, I don’t want my spending money in the same account as my savings—what’s the point of a high yield rate-I’m supposed to be saving right?? I left them took my money to Sofi and haven’t looked back. -- Justand28, 2023-01-04 ### *---- "4% Invitation for a deposit account" After opening a profile account for awhile I received an invitation to open a deposit account up to 4%. Logged on and do not see anything and contacted support who told me to try uninstalling and reinstalling without looking into my account. Did that and nothing. 2nd support who informed me he is in training looked into and said he sees it and will escalate it to department. When asked when can I expect a response he need the chat. -- 240011th, 2022-12-20 ### *---- "Horrible Customer Service" HMBradley has gone through a transition with Hatch Bank no longer associated with the accounts. I have not been able to have access to my funds for over a month. Nobody in customer service is able to resolve. Multiple, repeated requests for call are not answered. Chat feature resets often and have to “reauthenticate” with the new rep in chat over and over.
