How is it possible that you can access your test results and not have a print button? Download in pdf? Word at least? Then the option to share and it sends you to this useless website, which is so convoluted like the this app, where the print doesn’t even work properly. What year is this? What is in the developers mind? I would like to know.
The old version of this app was much better. They went backwards with this recent update. It’s now a glorified web browser that doesn’t even have a “back” option that works properly. What a shame.
Why would you guys stop supporting the app. Now instead of being able to log in it opens a browser that loads to other websites. The app use to be so convenient and well made and now I have to rely on a browser to look at my profile. This is disappointing to the highest degree. Why change what was good?
Latest update turned a mediocre app into an annoying, difficult, and time consuming webpage. Stop “fixing” things that were working just fine.
Personally I really liked the old version before having to use the internet to directly log in. I felt that it was easy to use and I liked using face id to login. I enjoyed having specific areas that were clearly labeled for specific things. Now when I login to the website I have so many things being thrown at my eyes. This new way is much more annoying and takes longer.
This app used to work. I wouldn’t be surprised if it is not working because of the constant updates on our phones. They can’t keep up with it.
Not sure why they changed the original functionality but instead of logging in with Face ID now I have to enter a user name and password each time. And the overall experience has declined. There use to be icons that you can easily select to see results but now it is pop-ups. Go back to the old design!!
I remember the days where I launched the app, and everything was done within the app, now you go to log in to the App and it launches a mini browser window. Aren’t updates supposed to make things better?
I rarely write reviews but the app is garbage now after this latest update. I used to be able to use Touch ID to get in but I can’t now. I have to reenter my password in all of time. It basically is just a web page now. Horrible. Please revert it back!
