I can speak Hmong, but cannot read and write. I was expecting this app when I download and paid for. I was hoping it was able to read words that I’ve typed in to be translate back in hmong to me. I finally found an app for learning Hmong! Other language learning apps I've tried don't offer Hmong, and I'm excited to have the chance to learn it. While I've learned Spanish, a bit of French, and even Chinese, Hmong is very different, and I've been disappointed that popular apps don't offer it. I've been wanting to learn Hmong White since meeting my boyfriend 4 years ago, but couldn't find it in any iOS apps. I'm so happy to find this app! It's simple and teaches the differences between Hmong Green and Hmong White. I love that there's no limit on how much I can learn in a day. In just an hour on the app, I can already see progress.
