First sign up to the app. Asking for the goverment ID, copy in, the app starts over. No problem. Asking for the one tume code sent via text. Open text, check the code, back to the app…app starts over. Start over again, check text, code expired because is a new login. In the loop now, congrats.

It’s hard to login. If you are using multiple apps, it just takes you back to the previous page. Therefore, you cannot copy and paste the 12 digit number and password and MFA. 

The IT civil servants are useless. I’m glad I didn’t accept their job offer.

i managed to sign in and turn on face id, the app is of limited use to me but when you do need it you want it to work. hopefully from now on it will log in seamlesly rather than making me want to smash and torture the phone !
