The app gets stuck betweeen 2 screens just like I saw someone else say.

Honestly just clean your ears with a q-tip… waste of money and time

App once installed doesn't give me the option to connect to wifi. It asks for a change to permissions but the changes it asks for aren't available.

Unfortunately I was so upset, and I thought it was a plug and play device. You have to change your network to the Wireless Visual Earpick that comes with the setup. The wird part is replacing your network to the device network (HNDEC_55…..) Just like when setting up a RING security camera; at the end, you receive what they’ve promised. YOU CAN’T go that deep into your ear, which is good, be careful, but if you have exercise wax or you have something in there, you will see it. SO IS GOOD, it was worth the price. Thank you HND. Your instructions maybe have to be more clear.

The app doesn’t connect to the device.

Does not work at all. Scam do not use smh!!

Used it once tried for a second time now it doesn’t work

I’m not sure if it’s the app or iOS but the HND settings do not show WiFi as an option to allow access to app and therefore I can’t connect. I will be happy to rate higher if this gets fixed

The instructions are tiny and not completely correct. It took me a minute but I finally figured it out. You are going to WiFi in your settings and choosing the one that is unlocked with letters and numbers. Mine was different than what was on the instructions.

I bought this thing online and charged it last night and went to set it up today and I’ve tried over 10 times now with no success. It doesn’t even give the option of connecting to my Wi-Fi. What a waste of money!
