This app has been the best investment I’ve ever made in an app purchase. Whenever I’m stressed out by other people, this is a perfect salve. It is real and effective guided meditation. It also helps me smile and laugh when I need it most. The humor is intentional and very effective. It provides a therapeutic release of negativity and helps me relax without all the woo woo, new-age garbage. If you want to enjoy life, this app is worth every penny.

I want to give this app five stars, because I think it’s wonderful. But what I would really truly happily enjoy having is points on my mindfulness in the Health app after having used it. Meditation is meditation is meditation, so even if I’m chuckling, it’s still mindfulness. So it should still count.
