## Hoburne App Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***-- "Wi-Fi and Network Issues"
It’s great having an app but it took me over 20 minutes to a signal to be able to use the app.
-- Caul Ibanez, 2024-08-27

### *---- "Awful"
Try ordering food and the app says everything is closed dispute everything being open. Waste of time
-- Ferfer27, 2024-08-19

### ***-- "Very average"
Nothing to write home about, functional, frustrating user experience through sign up.
-- Mean Green ITFC Machine, 2024-07-22

### ***** "Craig Pearson"
Great service great staff
-- Craig1805, 2024-05-17

### *---- "Easter break"
First time at hoburne. Shall not return. Entertainment is shocking. Really embarrassing. There’s not enough rooms or people to sit, parents are stood in the doorway. They move dis to the lounge as not enough people for the venue but everyone’s having to sit on the floor as there are no seats.
Entertainment is just rubbish. Spent 20 mins with Eloise playing the “crisp game” where kids dance as a human hoop, quaver. It was laughable.
Smuggles has come out 3 nights out of 5…. What a way to mix it up.
Effort is pretty much zero.
Got to lounge 6om when entertainment starts at 6, still cases of booze by the bar which is not even open.
Food packets and staff rubbish on the bar from the morning (we went to morning stay and play which lasted 15 mins….)
Really awful entertainment and set up.
The place itself is clean and well kept but service is absolutely shocking and we won’t come again.
-- Thenhillshaveeyes, 2024-03-28

### *---- "The app"
It’s ok, but needs at least 2 improvements.
The menu on the app should match that of the bar.
Food options not available that are available!
Cocktails! All crossed out on app, but available at bar!
Tipping. Nowhere to leave a tip on the app.
Constantly says 20mins wait for food. That then arrives in 4 mins!
Nowhere to leave notes on the order.
Same with drinks. Bar has lemon and lime slices but app only offers “Ice and a slice” nowhere can you ask for lime.

Not aware of an update on the last 3 years!
-- Curvyechoes, 2023-06-15

### *---- "Don’t bother"
Ordered a Latte 32 minutes ago on the app, still hasn’t arrived. Asked staff twice, STILL NO LATTE
-- Trfgydc, 2022-07-23

### ***-- "Swim"
The pool was very busy. The swimming lessons take up too much of the pool.
-- iPadReviewsUK, 2022-02-17

### ***-- "Very poor app"
Used app to order food and drinks for takeout
Items showing as available were unavailable at checkout and when food was collected we had to look for the collection point and the person at the bar seemed surprised that the app would not let us order things that were available plus the drinks we ordered were not available.
The food was not the best
Useful add to the app would be local takeaways
-- Robsuekin, 2021-12-23

### ***** "Hoburne Bashley"
The app is very easy to use and set up. The only drawback is that if you are in the Venue, you can order a main meal from the bar but not the app. I think this app is surprisingly well thought out.
