When we spend a lot of time and money to record a video then find that the audio gets out of sync as the video progresses. It’s so frustrating, and unreliable. We have iPhones and don’t know if it’s a specific setting like 30fps vs 60fps, but now and then our videos audio just get so horribly out of sync trailing the video by a good 2-3 seconds almost. The longer the video the worse it gets. iPhone itself records just fine with the native camera app. So it has to be this gimbal app doing it. Please fix this and let us know what the issue is or was so we can avoid it!!! Now after about 20secs of starting the app, the joystick functions stop working. Also, I am not able to change setting from Pan & Tilt Follow to any other setting on that menu. The gimbal works fine with the iPhone camera app, as a stabilizer. The joystick works fine, as long as Hohem Pro stays closed. However, without Hohem Pro I cannot use face/object tracking. That makes the system useless for me, as I rely on these features. I’ve made sure the firmware is updated, and that I have the newest version of Hohem Pro. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and restored factory settings.
