Choose the apps you want to block. When you try to open one, HoiiiBlock appears first and gives you a short exercise. Complete the exercise, then the app unlocks for a set time window. That is the simple loop: Block the app. Do quick exercise. Unlock access. HoiiiBlock is a friendly app blocker built around movement, intention, and better digital habits. Why HoiiiBlock? • Block distracting apps • Unlock blocked apps by completing quick exercises • Set how long the app stays unlocked after exercise • Choose simple movements like planks, squats, calf raises, wall sits, wrist rolls, arm circles, and deep breathing • Build streaks and track your progress • Use the app without creating an account • Optional cloud backup for streaks and progress • No ads • No forced paywall Move before you scroll HoiiiBlock creates a tiny pause between impulse and action. Instead of opening a distracting app automatically, you do a quick movement first. After you complete it, the app unlocks for the access window you selected. Quick exercise, not gym pressure HoiiiBlock is designed for real life. Exercises are short, simple, and practical. Pick movements that fit your space, time, and energy level. Local-first and account optional You can use HoiiiBlock without signing up. Your core app experience runs locally on your device. If you want to save streaks and progress across devices, you can choose to sign in and enable cloud sync. Free, for real :) HoiiiBlock is built to help you form better digital habits without ads or a forced subscription. Important note HoiiiBlock is a habit-building tool, not a medical, healthcare, or fitness treatment app. Always exercise safely and choose movements that are appropriate for your body, space, and ability. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. ## HoiiiBlock Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/94/cb/8e/94cb8ee2-a4a7-ae3d-725b-f272690c6471/IMG_5701.PNG/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/7f/a4/89/7fa4891c-8aff-1578-2558-2fc7ba112c7e/IMG_5649.PNG/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/e0/86/b4/e086b4dc-8738-329e-6e30-b2fe394031dc/IMG_5640.PNG/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/42/2a/22/422a225c-c0d4-fd95-193d-69187be0930e/IMG_5637.PNG/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/97/8c/ab/978cabcd-33f7-10a1-bdfb-62169aeef322/IMG_5699.PNG/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/96/81/2b/96812b2c-cda4-b426-b1b6-68d1b6e535ea/IMG_5634.PNG/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/23/08/cb/2308cb77-2abb-90af-cd5a-eb1d3fa16b0c/IMG_5698.PNG/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/20/1f/4b/201f4bb1-fd85-d4ec-2e8b-a7a23af6ff3a/IMG_5633.PNG/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 9](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/42/3e/f2/423ef20f-1f77-97b0-d972-7bd35af3a0d1/IMG_5700.PNG/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 10](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/c9/3d/7f/c93d7fe6-0583-c550-e7e0-9b66c3fae8ce/IMG_5629.PNG/1320x2868.png) ## HoiiiBlock Available In - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/hoiiiblock-quick-exercise-OSVA/germany) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/hoiiiblock-quick-exercise-OSVA/india) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/hoiiiblock-quick-exercise-OSVA/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/hoiiiblock-quick-exercise-OSVA/south-korea) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/hoiiiblock-quick-exercise-OSVA/lebanon) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/hoiiiblock-quick-exercise-OSVA/ukraine) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
