Sorry aber entweder bin ich zu dumm oder die App ist nicht nutzerfreundlich. Ich habe ungefähr 20 Minuten versucht eine Fahrt zu buchen aber es kann irgendwie nicht sein dass ich in ganz holzkirchen nur eine Verbindung bekomme.

### *---- "Unzuverlässig"
Für eine Fahrt zum Bahnhof ist es wichtig, dass ich rechtzeitig dort ankomme. Mir ist es jetzt schon mehrfach passiert, dass 1-2 Stunden vor dem bestätigten Abholtermin die Fahrt so verschoben wird, dass ich zu spät am Bahnhof ankomme, das letzte Mal sogar ohne Benachrichtigung. 
Ansonsten sind 90% der Anfragen erfolglos, es wird dann auf den Nahverkehr (Bus) verwiesen. Ich werde meinen Account löschen.

### ****- "Hoki ist super App hat noch Ausbau Bedarf"
Die App funktioniert wie sie soll, was allerdings verbessert werden müsste, dass man eine gebuchte Fahrt noch bearbeiten kann z. Bsp. die Personenzahl oder Zeit ändern. Das geht leider nicht man muss die Fahrt komplett stornieren und neu buchen, das ist in meinen Augen unnötig. Da auch der Hinweis kommt, wenn man zu oft storniert wird man gesperrt. Ansonsten alles super 👍

Beim Start wird als erstes die Handynummer abgefragt um einen Code zu senden.
Weshalb benötigen Sie die Handynummer??
Ich kriege so schon viel zu viele Werbeanrufe und Werbe-SMS. Für die Dienstleistung des Hoki Bus ist eine Handynummer nicht notwendig!! App gleich wieder gelöscht!
Die Idee mit dem Hoki Bus ist gut, aber die sehr schlechte Umsetzung der App mit Handynummerzwang wird der der Hoki Bus kein Erfolg werden.

Man bucht eine Fahrt um 13:00 Uh, was schlägt einem die App vor 16:51. Spoiler: Da brauch ich dan auch keinek mehr. 
Personal unfreundlich und unqualifiziert. 
Sie fahren nicht den weg der Angegeben ist und trödeln lange herum. Wenn man zum Bahnhof muss ist das nicht so optimal. Ständig "ausgebucht" was ich mir nicht virstellen kann weil ich wenn ich mal einek bekomme immer alleine drinn sitze.
