I sat waiting for my appointment for over an hour which was advertised as 8 minutes. The appointment came and I could not answer and it timed out. No dr spoken to at all. I paid for the privilege to sit in the virtual waiting room with no appointment eventuating.

I’ve used hola health a couple of times now. Quick and fast service. I’ve only ever had one bad experience which was due to an experienced doctor who refused treatment, but thankfully was referred to another doctor who met the needed request.

put an order in for my life-saving medication, which i absolutely cannot skip taking, at 1:58pm. estimated delivery was 3pm-5pm. got a phone call at 6:30pm telling me that they couldn’t deliver because they took too long to find a driver and the pharmacy closed. i had no idea this was happening, and now it is too late for me to go pick it up myself and i can’t get someone else to fill the script as the pharmacy already filled it. these people had FIVE HOURS to call me and let me know what was going on, and due to their oversight and negligence my health and wellbeing is in now jeopardy. absolutely ridiculous, and NOT okay.

After filling in my details i paid $19.90 for the consultation. I then waited less than 15mins for the video call, Dr Kimberley was delightful to speak with and only spoke for 2 mins. I received a promo code to get free delivery on my first order, and it should arrive in 2-4 hrs. Really happy with Hola.

My experience was traumatic. Doctor looked at me like I was some kind of disgusting person asking to rob a bank with me or something, when I ask for a prescription I was been getting since 2018. Then basically hangs up on me and declines any prescription when I told her it would clearly be on my medical records for prescriptions. Appalling money grabbing app.

The app falls short on several fronts. Initially, signing in is cumbersome as it doesn’t automatically scan incoming messages for the verification code, unlike most modern apps. The layout is poorly designed, making simple tasks difficult to accomplish. For instance, initiating a medical consult opens a browser window, disrupting the user experience. Additionally, the app monopolises your e-scripts, preventing you from using competitors. Given these significant issues, I strongly recommend opting for another provider, such as Instascripts.

Name fields don’t auto capitalize
Doesn’t utilize predictive text for user info 
Asks for enough information that anyone could use to steal my identity - not cool
My pharmacy already has my Medicare details, so why do I need to record it here?
If I wasn’t so damn sick, and be forced to use this I wouldn’t. 
And I’ll echo a review from 2 years back…it’s not clear that my order has completed successfully, and why is there no payment option given? I had to read reviews that said the pharmacist needs to review everything before finalizing the order. Strangest set up ever.
