Purchased an eSIM for Congo as I’m here working so need internet to report back to my company. eSIM wasn’t working agreed to do a refund but still haven’t received 2 weeks later

I had a few issues getting connected. I work on a ship so internet connection is not great. The help I received was excellent so I was able to get connected and make best use of my eSIM

I am so grateful for the eSIM ease of use, and global coverage so I could let people know I was safe in Guatemala where my usual provider had no service

I’ve just paid for 7 days of unlimited data in the middle of an Indian city and all I can get is E. Pointless buying this product

Saw their advert in an inflight magazine and foolishly bout an eSIM without checking reviews. It never worked. Only achieve a 0.3mps connection via 3G despite my achieving Fast 4g on my regular sim. There then followed hours of agony trying to deal with their slow, inept and mainly absent support. It is now almost two months an I still haven’t got the refund they promised. Just get a PAYG SIM locally would be my advice. A truly terrible company.

Bought a global eSIM, it worked in the US but not other territories, which was advertised that it would. Then contacted for a refund and which I haven’t received and their customer service team said “keep chasing us”. Very poor. Use one of the other trusted and proven eSIM providers instead.

This app worked well for my time using abroad (USA). It was a little clunky to get set up, once installing the eSIM before travelling, it tried to activate, however, all worked out well in the end. Would definitely recommend

Doesn’t work. No data speed at all. Hour and a half talking to support for them not to be able to work out why. Bought a Revolut sim and it worked immediately and took 30 seconds to sort out.
