(You have to put your booking reference every single time, when booking the categories offered are different from the one from the website) and the chat is not great (again you have to start from scratch every single time as it doesn’t keep what you have already typed when it transferred you to the real chat)

Awful experience with this app. Tried multiple times to book, each time it said there was a payment error. But then I discovered it had put several authorisations on my card (each one using up more of my credit, which will take 7 days to expire) and made 3 duplicate bookings. Terrible, terrible design. No other app I’ve used has this problem.
