Das FIVE ist ein bekanntes Party Hotel. Wir waren für eine Woche vor Ort. Hatten tollen Service - ganz besonders im Restaurant am Pool danke an das gesamte Team :) auch am Strand wurde uns jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Obwohl wir All Inklusive gebucht hatten.
Einmal Passwort zu langsam.
Die App war vor Jahren mal gut. Jetzt zu vergessen. Man hat 5 min Zeit das Einmal Passwort einzugeben, erhält es aber erst nach gut 10 min!! Super gemacht 👎👎

Wen interessieren die Bilder von kaputten Einrichtungen, Schimmel in der Dusche etc.? Zeigt doch die OFFIZIELLEN Hotelbilder und vielleicht erst anschließend die Kundenbilder.

die app ist echt klasse sehr gute filter Möglichkeiten aber die Bilder schrecken einen nur ab es werden nur die Bilder von Besucherinnen gezeigt leider , sollte als erste stelle die Bilder vom hotel Anbieter sein danach die Bilder vom Besucher
Das App
Man braucht einigz Zeiz bis man versteht wie man die Zeit eingeben muß. Wäre besser wenn man Abflugsdatum und Ankunftsdatum trennen würd so wie es bei vielen anderen Seiten ist.
Super App
Diese App ist super Ich habe ein sehr gutes Hotels in Wien gefunden. Bei dem Hotel gibt es 24 check in über einen eine Schlüsselbox. Eine 24 Stündige Hotline. Das Hotel ist direkt neben dem Schloss Schönbrunn. Das Hotel Mann durfte sogar außerhalb der Kurzparkzone gratis parken, was nicht normal in Wien ist. Jedes Appartement hat gratis Wifi, Eine Komplett eingerichtete Küche und eine Waschraum. Top App nur zu empfehlen.
Funktioniert nur mit Wlan schade

Eigentlich toll wenn...
Eigentlich mag ich die App sehr gerne. Leider habe ich mit meinem iPhone X immer wieder das Problem, dass sich das App einfach nicht öffnen lässt. Man sieht das Logo und dann hängt sich alles auf. Hab versucht das App zu löschen und wieder neu zu installieren. Hat nichts gebracht. Auch mein Handy hab ich aus und wieder eingeschaltet. Hat auch nichts gebracht. Nach Tagen des probierens funktioniert es dann witzigerweise auf einmal doch. Über Safari komm ich auf die Website und kann nach Hotels und so stöbern. Die App selbst wäre mir jedoch lieber 🤷♀️
Warum keine Daten aus der Internet Plattform integriert?
Ohne Integration der Daten vom Internet Auftritt leider ziemlich Sinn-Frei. App gelöscht nach 5 min. 🤦♂️ Edit: wenn ich mir im Browser Hotels, Angebote, sonst was merke dann kann ich diese später im App nicht sehen. Genauso umgekehrt: im App gemerkt, im Browser nicht da. Selbstverständlich bin ich mit dem selben Account eingeloggt.
