When will I get my eSIM?
You’ll receive your eSIM immediately once you’ve purchased a data plan. Just follow the instructions after checkout to install it. No wait and no queues: it’s that easy.

When should I set up my holiday.com eSIM?
You can set up your eSIM anytime, either before or during your trip, so long as you have internet access to activate it. However, it’s important that you turn on data roaming only after you arrive at your destination, or your data plan might start early.

Can I make calls and send texts with a holiday.com eSIM?
holiday.com eSIMs are data-only. Voice calls and text messages will be routed through your usual SIM instead.

How many eSIMs do I need?
holiday.com is a global eSIM, so you only need one for all your travels. When you buy additional data packs, these are automatically added to your eSIM, with no further setup required.

Can I keep using my phone number?
Yes, as long as your device supports the simultaneous use of a physical SIM and eSIM. You can keep using the phone number on your regular SIM to send and receive calls and text messages. Meanwhile, your new eSIM will be used for data only, so you don’t have to worry about expensive roaming fees.

Are there any additional fees?
No, there are no hidden fees!

I was first introduced to holiday.com through ExpressVPN, and the setup was super easy. The unlimited data plan and promotion were a huge plus. It’s been incredibly helpful while traveling in Eastern Europe — the speed is faster than other data services I’ve used, like Holafly.

I was able to try the service out here in Germany and the network service so far has been great. It’s data only but it’s fine. And the fact that’s it’s unlimited was perfect. I recommend this for travelers.
-- dvudru'b, 2026-04-08

The ultimate MvGuyver answer to a most puzzeling dilema "Roaming in Mexico" its expensive, I even have Mexican Telecom plans. This hands down is the greatest work around; By the way there is no such animal as " UNLIMITED DATA" in Mexico- they charge per the Mb -

-- amber1inz, 2026-02-01

### **--- "Not satisfied"
This app does not work at all gives you no data wherever you are
-- Jt19849, 2026-01-23

### ****- "Help and support"
It is a little bit hard to find faq and help and support options.
Also it’s confusing if you have an apple and a google account with the same email address.
Besides that, it’s fine.
