PLAN YOUR DAY WITH AURA
Explore meal, fitness and mindfulness ideas based on your goals and preferences. Ask Aura for guidance, review the suggestions and make the plan your own.

MEALS AND NUTRITION
Explore recipes, plan meals and keep a food diary. Use meal-photo analysis to estimate calories and macros, then review and edit the estimates before saving. Follow step-by-step cooking guidance with timers and voice controls where supported.

WORKOUTS YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN
Build a personal workout or start one assigned by your coach. Review exercise instructions, edit sets, reps and weight, and log each exercise individually. Quick increment and decrement controls make adjustments easier, with kilograms and pounds supported.

See all exercise sets together, with editable reps and weight, quick adjustment controls and a Log button that stays visible. Confirm a set to move to the next, with automatic focus and scrolling.

Track work and rest with the workout timer. Fully logged coach workouts save automatically. Save partial progress if you finish early, or cancel an unsaved session if you did not do the workout. Undo a coach workout completed today to remove its logged exercise results and reopen the assignment.

MINDFULNESS AND DAILY HABITS
Explore guided mindfulness and breathing sessions. Keep your planned activities together on Today, track your progress and build a routine that fits your schedule.

CONNECTED COACHING
When you work with a wellness professional, see assigned tasks on Today and share the workout results you choose to record. Professionals can review shared assigned and personal workout history, including the actual reps and weight logged for individual sets.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICES
Choose which activity information to share with your professional. Optional connected-health features, including Apple Health on compatible devices, require your permission.

Holistic Wellness AI supports general wellness and healthy routines. AI-generated suggestions and nutrition estimates can be reviewed and edited. The app does not provide medical diagnosis or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
