Really disappointed with this app. The concept is great but it’s not consistent and I would not feel happy my daughter or myself relying on it. It worked correctly once buy light flashing, alarm sounding and alerting my Emergancy contact. After that one time it won’t sound the alarm, or put the light on. It doesn’t send gps location and just says ‘sending’. Didn’t record ever. It’s not reliable unfortunately.

If I’m getting mugged I won’t have time to activate the app. Dookie will stab me if I sake the alarm and show my phone. Bit bad hope the developers retire

I get to the stage of set where it’s supposed to send a verification code and I don’t receive one, I’ve repeated it over and over and still not working please assist

When setting up the app the text message verification stage does not work. Such a shame as the app is a great idea

Hi, I was looking for a tracking app for hiking in the mountains of Madeira and stumbled upon this app, it looks just the job. Can I request that you add a donate button, it’s a really good cause and you should give people an easy way to donate.

I used to have this app and I was a big fan, it was comforting, however I deleted it due to no longer having to walk anywhere alone and now that I’ve re downloaded it, it won’t let me log in. I don’t think I ever have an email, at least I have no confirmation emails from them, so I’m trying to log in with my phone number and it just never sends a code, I try to re register “this number is already in use”, it just won’t let me in at all.

Says MAU limit reached once I open the app, won’t even let me use it

when i tried to send out an alarm to my emergency contact they received the message but my alarm did not go off, nor did it flash ( it only did that when i used the test the sound alarm section )

Downloaded this for m daughter after being recommended by the local police team that visited her school. Great idea however when we raised an alert it didn't work. Her phone said it was sent but no email or text was received on mine

I’ve received multiple pop ups on my phone saying that the app has used my location in the background when I haven’t been using the app and I had a notification a minute ago that my location has been used 5 times today but sketchy if you ask me
