We’ve teamed up with our partners, Healthera, to improve the convenience of the medicine ordering journey. Simply install the app on your phone and follow the simple set up steps. You’ll wonder why every pharmacy doesn’t offer something so easy to use.

Our Hollowood app links with your local pharmacy and NHS GP surgery.

It's pretty simple. You can do almost anything within your new app...

FAQ

Q: Prescription refills - can I order prescriptions on behalf of my children or elderly parents?

A: Yes, this feature is now available! Go to the Me tab and it should be self-explanatory to add a dependent. 

Q: Will you work with my GP?

A: Yes. The Hollowood pharmacy app works with the majority of NHS GPs. All of your prescription requests will be sent for approval to your own GP. (This doesn't guarantee your GP will issue a prescription.)

Q: If I already order my prescriptions directly with my GP, do I still need your app?

A: It is helpful to use our new app. You can still order from your GP; the improvement is now that your pharmacy, via our app, will tell you when your medication is ready to collect or be delivered, and resolve any issues on your behalf with your GP. You can also get free medication advice from your Hollowood pharmacy with in-app messaging.

Q: Is my personal information safe?

A: Yes. Our app partner, Healthera, has gone through rigorous assurance processes with the NHS and is GDPR compliant.
