Nothing but an absolute headache. Constant glitching, constant freezing, constant WiFi issues, constant bullsh*+. Constantly infuriating me as a director not able to see the wireless monitor on my iPhone or iPad like I should be able too. I sincerely hate this app with a passion. Horrible experience
Outdated support. Could be a winner with more support
How do I remove all the LUTs that the app comes with? I want to add my own but I can’t delete the presets!! I can’t store any without deleting them…so that update is useless to me. Please help. There is no folder created on my device so I can’t use the file path method….
Other than that, I am happy it doesn’t constantly crash anymore. I started using again after they fixed the app. Without APP support this product is not special. Accsoon app is much much better.
App Not Working on iPhone?!?
Turn off your Cellular Data! 💥
It’s been better
Your latest update has caused the app not to communicate with neither one of my transmitters or receivers please fix
Update 10-22-2023
Still will not link with receiver
Used to work
Used to work, accidentally updated and now it doesn’t.
App will not connect.
I followed all instructions, but the app just spins a loading icon when I try connect. It never connects to the feed.
New app update bug showing some random inbuilt LUT
Please fix this issue ASAP where I am not able to see accurate footage outputting from our BM URSA Mini pro (Rec709).
It’s just showing some random LUT where footage look extra saturated and dark, even though there’s no LUT applied on HollyView app.
You are required to give them your precise location
The Hollyview app requires you to give Hollyland your precise location whenever you’re using the app. I don’t see a reason for this to be necessary other than data collection. When I turn off location services, the app no longer works. Even when I disable “precise location” the app no longer works. This is a huge invasion of privacy and I wouldn’t have bought my Hollyland products if I had known this were the case. There should be no reason for me to have to give my exact location for my phone to pair with my Mars M1 transmitter.
What a piece
Of junk. iPhone 14 And no stream. I have it connected to the wifi. Nothing. Where is the FAQ and step by step to use this? I’m sending back if no response. I’ll be marking it as defective.
