Sloppy company. Sloppy operation.
Tow truck driver never showed and doesn’t answer their phone.
I had to call Holman and the first rep transferred me to another rep that was supposed to have all my towing information, then he just transferred me to someone else without telling them what was going on so I had to explain the issue again.
Three hours lost now they have to contact another provider and I’m waiting again.
Mileage erased
This frequently happens when I submit mileage it somehow does not store the record and I receive notification that I have not reported mileage.

Update: Back in August of 2023 when I first got the app it had a really annoying bug so I posted the review below with a 1 star grading… They promptly fixed the bug, and I must say the app works well and gets the job done. So I’m upgrading this review to 5 stars! Previous review: (since fixed) “ Unable to load asset: “assets/translations/en-US.json”. “ My iPhone X’s iOS is fully up to date. I have deleted this app, restarted my phone and then reinstalled the app many times… But, the app still won’t open. All I get after tapping the Home Screen icon is a white screen that says the string of text above. I should note that the language of my iPhone is set to Italian. When I go into settings to change the preferred language setting for the Holman Driver Insights app, the settings page says that English is selected as the preferred language. The page also gives me the option to switch the preferred language to either Spanish or French. Italian is not a listed option. Interestingly, I run into the white screen bug only when English is selected as the preferred language. The app opens up just fine when Spanish or French is selected. However, I don’t speak Spanish or French! Please fix and I’ll upgrade the stars :)
App is normally good
After the name change app has been a bit wonky. Not it won’t load at all on my phone. I tried deleting and reinstalling and still won’t load. Please fix so I can get my car serviced.
Can’t Log On
Can’t even get on the app now. I was able to before but with their new update after the login screen I’m just greeted by the loading screen.

Login Redundancy Issues
This app will not remember your information even if you allow it too. Won’t remember your phone number, your email, your password. You’ll have to login like it’s your first time everytime. This would be okay if you used it often but I just use it once a month and my brain can’t remember so I must default to reset the password every time locking my account to then have to call Holman every time. Also no phone number posted anywhere on the first screen so the first 3 support call numbers I found were simply wrong.
Monthly mileage basic math
If I’m entering ending odo mileage every month why can’t your app do the math since this is entered in the app every month? I’m using a cellphone app because I want it to be convenient but if I still have figure out monthly total mileage this isn’t convenient. Also you can’t see what you’re writing when giving a review which just sad on developers part.
