## Holmes Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "New resource for sharing information with future tenants"
My girlfriend and I had to move out of a place due to sever mould issues - luckily we were able to leave a tip for future tenants on Holmes so that anyone who might be thinking of renting our previous flat is aware of the issue! Love the idea and will definitely be posting more tips from our new place

### ***** "Great for renting in London!"
The thinking behind this app is great. Anyone who has ever rented in London knows what a minefield it can be. I wish Holmes was available prior to renting my last flat and will definitely be using it to avoid dodgy landlords in the future !!
-- ldn467, 2021-02-28

### ***** "Much needed tool for making renting more transparent"
Helped me discover that the place I was going to rent had insulation/mould problems - something I definitely wouldn’t find out by viewing the property for 10 minutes!
-- ks111133, 2021-02-28

### ***** "Super helpful! Would recommend!!"
First time using Holmes and I was able to look up potential properties that I wanted to rent out.

Great interface and very easy to use. Would recommend to those who are looking to find out more about rental properties before committing!

### ***** "Super useful!"
Shows the typical things I’m paranoid about when moving into a new place.

Also gave me some negotiating powers when speaking with the landlord - since I knew more about his place than he did.
