## Homage Care Pro Reviews in Singapore

### **--- "iphone review"
app is laggy and crashes..
-- serene8263627, 2024-12-26

### ***-- "App usage"
Hangs very often, extremely annoying.
-- CynChoy, 2024-06-24

### **--- "A lot of bugs, pages go blank, service rates inaccurate!"
Many times some pages go blank and don’t load, and I can’t go back to previous page. The rates for Saturday & Sunday is often wrong! Shows “weekday rate” ($17) instead. Some of the public holiday rates are wrong too, eg. 25 Dec.

Another improvement: the Add to Calendar function should also include the option for Google Calendar for iOS devices, and not just the native apple calendar.
-- pissedAF88888, 2023-12-23

### **--- "Does not link to calander app"
Updates are good for improvements. But after updating and it leads to new problems than that is exasperating. After I have downloaded the latest update, I cannot earmarked the visit details to my calendar which I used to able to do so before the update
-- Rain Summet, 2023-12-09

### *---- "Worse and worse"
The more the modify, the worse it gets. All kinds of connection issues.
-- chrisimsg, 2023-08-05

### ***-- "App is not very reliable"
I tried to withdraw a job but it still reflects as pending. I tried to withdraw but tells me cannot read data as it is missing
-- Super Dad and Mom, 2023-03-26

### *---- "Cancellation"
Even when you are very sick and unable to turn up for work, they insist you cancel and pay the $50 cancellation fee. Even though I am just a freelancer, Homage doesn’t give a hoot about their employees… think twice before signing up because we are all human after all and bound to fall sick from time to time. But should they waiver my cancellation fee, I will update this post. :)
-- lynn :-), 2023-01-11

### ****- "App issues"
App doesn’t allow me to apply for visits, screen hanged once I tapped on ‘Apply’. Second time this has happened, have to delete and reinstall
-- janoice, 2022-04-08

### ***-- "Connection issues"
There are multiple times that the connection of the app is extremely slow that it is annoying, especially when I cannot clock in or clock out on time.

Also, sometimes when I open the app, it shows me the main screen with homage logo but it never bring me to the visits despite restarting the app many many many times.

Otherwise, when the app is working properly, it is okay. Suggest that if the app needs to update itself, to give a notification instead of letting me see the never-ending loading sign.
-- L~C~, 2022-03-04

### **--- "Too much notification"
Don’t get me wrong, The app is great but...
The amount of notifications is staggering.. imagine getting 20-40 notification at within the span of a few mins.. that’s really annoying.. beside that, I think the app is alright.
-- Azazel von Behemoth, 2019-09-16
