I signed up for a free trial and was immediately billed and charged £39.99!!! Now left trying to get this payment cancelled. Disgusting!!

I appreciated the opportunity to try the app with its 3-day free trial; however, after using it for just one hour, I found it clear that this app is not suitable for my needs. Key Issues: 1. Lack of Room-Specific Adaptation: The app does not take the room’s actual layout into account when generating design suggestions. Instead, it relies on generic, random designs that often feel disconnected from the actual space. 2. Inconsistent Style Execution: Even when selecting a specific design style, such as “Luxury,” the app failed to deliver tasteful results. For example, its interpretation of luxury felt overly extravagant and borderline tacky—something more suited to a flashy “new rich” aesthetic rather than a refined and understated approach. 3. Room Layout Errors: The app frequently altered key aspects of the room layout. For instance, I noticed that windows would disappear, and walls would inexplicably appear in their place. These errors made the designs impractical and unrealistic, further undermining the app’s usefulness. Conclusion: While the concept of an AI-powered design app is appealing, the execution here falls short, particularly for users seeking thoughtful, room-specific, and realistic designs. I would recommend exploring other options that offer more reliable and refined results.

SCAM
This app is a scam - use at your own risk. My wife signed up to the free trial and it charged her immediately for a full year. The support link in the app doesn’t work so there’s no way to contact them. If you have had your money taken then I recommend using the Apple Support app to make a refund claim.
