## Home and Thriving Description
We are a healthcare technology company redefining doctor-patient relationships and elevating healthcare to the next level.  

Our services and products enable people in our aging communities to continue living safely at HOME and Thriving in place.  Our intelligent platform utilizes an array of available sensors which passively collect, transmit, analyze biometric and behavioral data from people while they live their lives.  

Evidence-based algorithms (AI) predict changes in health status between doctor’s visits often long before symptoms appear.  Healthcare providers interact with patients’ data and engage with them in real-time through an intuitive dashboard that adapts to their behaviors.  

This platform enables many healthcare interventions to occur early enough at a time more preventive, lifestyle, and holistic approaches are effective. 

Other more serious health conditions detected early receive prompt attention thus reducing invasive medical procedures, emergency department visits, hospitalizations, and deaths.
