تطبيق فاشل اذا طلبت منتج يجي تالف واذا استرجعته بصعوبه تاخذ المبلغ صار لي اكثر من 200 يوم وانا انتظر مبلغ يرجع ومافي فايده
Poor customer service
I had a very disappointing experience with Home Center online. I purchased a chair, but unfortunately, the spring action wasn’t working properly. I tried reaching out to their online customer support several times by phone, but the line was always busy. I even sent an email detailing the issue, but I received no response at all. The lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I feel completely ignored as a customer.

Poor customer service
I purchased a chair from the Home Center online store last June, and unfortunately, the spring action stopped working after a short time. I tried to reach customer service for assistance, but the experience was very frustrating. I waited on the phone for almost 30 minutes, only to hear the automated system repeatedly say, “All agents are busy.” After that, I wrote an email with all the details of my issue, hoping for a resolution. However, it has been a long time, and I still haven’t received any response. This poor customer service experip has left me very disappointed. If you’re buying from Home Center, be cautious about after-sales support—it might not meet your expectations.
