Always on time and always delicious.

Received my first ever box and didn’t receive a single correct ingredient for the recipes. Canceled subscription never again. Waste of $100

I had high hopes. The concept is great. Their execution of the concept is horrible. When we first subscribed, the meals were being shipped out of Michigan I think, and they were generally ok. A few problems with the freshness of some of the vegetables. But then we started getting the meals out of Baltimore. We started having problems with every single shipment. Rancid vegetables, wrong ingredients, missing ingredients, missing recipe cards. Sure, they issued credits but the frustration just isn’t worth it anymore.

I have not been disappointed with any of the meals that I have received. So thankful to have delicious, nutritious, quick and easy meals, ready at my fingertips.

Our food has had great variety and tasted delicious. I love being able to customize our choices each week in the app, if needed. I have had to contact customer service twice due to one spoiled ingredient and one late delivery (not huge deals to me) and they have replied right back and remedied the problem each time. Highly recommend Home Chef if you are looking to switch up your weekly meal routine!

I love home chef as a service and have been using it for 7 years. However as far as the app goes, I don’t like the new update. When I go to edit my meals, all of my selections used to be at the top now you have to scroll to find what you’ve picked. I liked it better the old way

Recently my husband retired and I went back to work full time. Home Chef has allowed him to ease into cooking and prepare some really tasty meals for us to enjoy when I come home from work. He really likes the recipes and the pre-portioned ingredients!

It has been a struggle the last few months of not receiving the right meals or right proteins for the meals or not getting the recipe cards or if we do, the wrong recipe cards. When we 1st started this was a great deal for weeknights as we are very busy. Now we’re having to figure out meals as they are incorrect or incomplete.

EVERYTHING I RECEIVED HAS BEEN VERY TASTEFUL. RIGHT AMOUNT OF SERVINGS. EASY PREPARATIONS. THE ONLY ONE I DISLIKED WAS THE SALMON. THATS BECUSE I DON’t CARE FOR SALMON AT ALLL. I GIVE A FIVE STAR OVERALL.
