Did I switch off the oven? Instead of heading back home to check, simply take a look at the app. You will see and be able to control the status of your appliances straight away with immediate access to important functionalities, whether at home or on the go.

Oh, the fridge door has been left open? When do I need to descale the coffee machine? How often should I clean the oven? Important notifications and reminders regarding maintenance and care will be sent to you automatically. And even if things don’t go to plan: by using remote diagnostics our customer service team will help you resolve any issue. What’s more, you can use predefined or individual routines for recurring tasks to orchestrate your smart home, like having your coffee made at the same time each working day.

Finding the best programme and other little helpers

Dishwasher, dryer, or oven – depending on the appliance and task at hand, you will be recommended the ideal programme and settings, whether it’s a pile of dirty dishes, a load of washing, or the cheesecake recipe for your next family reunion. Based on your feedback, programmes can even improve over time to better fit your needs. And with Coffee Playlist you can conveniently fulfil your guests’ coffee requests to match that cheesecake.

Let your oven do the work

Don’t want to keep checking whether your dish is ready? Simply set the desired browning level for the selected dish and start the oven. Artificial Intelligence evaluates the browning level based on images taken by the integrated camera. The oven switches off as soon as the selected level is reached. The camera also lets you check your dish from anywhere on your smartphone.

Dårligt oversat, håbløse vendinger og halve instruktioner, overlæsset med reklamer og ligegyldigheder. 
Og er det nærmest umuligt at parre app med opvaskemaskinen.
For slet ikke at tale om nyeste tiltag, hvor appen skulle sikre maskinstart, når strømmen er billigst - det virker heller ikke.

Besværlig at tilføje produkter. Kan ikke “parre” med fx tørretumbler uden at det kommer mange “http” fejl som ikke giver nogen mening for en almindelig forbruger. Får besked om at logge ud, men det fejler også. At man kan lave gode hvidevare er tilsyneladende slet ikke ensbetydende med at man kan få lavet software apps der brugervenlige og fungerer.

Appen er simpelthen så dårlig oversat og overhovedet ikke kontrolleret for fejl. Hvis du forventer en lækker intuitiv app så glem alt om homeconnect. Hvorfor gennemtester i ikke og får udbedret alle de fejl der bliver ved med at være. Ovn og app er overhovedet ikke smart, når man ikke kan lave mad ud fra de vejledninger der bliver anbefalet.

I had to try 10 times before I could connect. The dishwasher was found but the app never completed connecting to it. 

 Translation to Danish is incomplete. It cannot have been testet as most of the texts in the custom program setup seems to be in Polish and one question doesn’t make sense. 

SmartStart based on spotprice seems to be broken - just adds 12 hours to currrent time.

Very messy with all kinds of ads for products.

 I expected more from BSHG. Definitely not “German quality” software.

PM should be replaced for this!

The app works okay and I do use it. But the main thing that would, for me, set it apart from using the machine itself would be a better timer function. As is the timer function in the app gives me the ability to set the start time within down to the minute. But I don’t care about minutes. It would be so cool, and make it easy to remember to always run the machine during hours with a lot of green energy or low electricity price, if the app could save a favorite starting time. 
It can save a favorite program but you still need to set the time every time.

If they change this, it’s a 4/5 from me.
