Did I switch off the oven? Instead of heading back home to check, simply take a look at the app. You will see and be able to control the status of your appliances straight away with immediate access to important functionalities, whether at home or on the go.
Be aware of all that’s important
Oh, the fridge door has been left open? When do I need to descale the coffee machine? How often should I clean the oven? Important notifications and reminders regarding maintenance and care will be sent to you automatically. And even if things don’t go to plan: by using remote diagnostics our customer service team will help you resolve any issue. You can also simply check the manual which is conveniently stored in the app.
Voice-control your appliances via Amazon Alexa, or Google Home
Whether it’s making coffee, preheating the oven, or starting the washing machine: Voice your command and Amazon Alexa or Google Home will take care of the rest. What’s more, you can use predefined or individual routines for recurring tasks to orchestrate your smart home, like having your coffee made at the same time each working day.
Finding the best programme and other little helpers
Dishwasher, dryer, or oven – depending on the appliance and task at hand, you will be recommended the ideal programme and settings, whether it’s a pile of dirty dishes, a load of washing, or the cheesecake recipe for your next family reunion. Based on your feedback, programmes can even improve over time to better fit your needs. And with Coffee Playlist you can conveniently fulfil your guests’ coffee requests to match that cheesecake.
Let your oven do the work
Don’t want to keep checking whether your dish is ready? Simply set the desired browning level for the selected dish and start the oven. Artificial Intelligence evaluates the browning level based on images taken by the integrated camera. The oven switches off as soon as the selected level is reached. The camera also lets you check your dish from anywhere on your smartphone.
Never run out on dishwasher tabs, hood filters, or other consumables
Home Connect gives you access to features that track your supply so you will never have to think about it again. Even better, connect to Amazon Alexa and its smart reordering service for your dishwasher tabs so they are reordered on demand before you run out.

Nagging and forgetful
It nags me with notifications to use it more and the few times I did, it had forgotten my password. This final time it could not find my email among its users. I had both registered in my apple keychain. Uninstalled.
Okay - but doesn’t add much
The app works okay and I do use it. But the main thing that would, for me, set it apart from using the machine itself would be a better timer function. As is the timer function in the app gives me the ability to set the start time within down to the minute. But I don’t care about minutes. It would be so cool, and make it easy to remember to always run the machine during hours with a lot of green energy or low electricity price, if the app could save a favorite starting time. It can save a favorite program but you still need to set the time every time. If they change this, it’s a 4/5 from me.
Authentication is a mess
Spent an hour trying to log in. The API times out or doesnt redirect with a valid token. Is there any alternative, more mature, app to use?
Giga bras
Kan ikke schedule uden at stå og lyse indtil den starter, kan ikke schedule mere end 24 timer frem.. Ofte står den bare og svinger "connecting/disconnected" i uendelighed.. Kæmpe bras.
Virker ikke
Kan ikke connecte til opvaskemaskinen efter flytning.
Seems like an half baked app
I had to try 10 times before I could connect. The dishwasher was found but the app never completed connecting to it. Translation to Danish is incomplete. It cannot have been testet as most of the texts in the custom program setup seems to be in Polish and one question doesn’t make sense. I expected more from BSHG. Definitely not “German quality” software.
Useless
Does not work anymore after switching to SingleID. ‘Front channel logout’ error!!??!? Test you app before releasing such crap.
Unable to log in
The app sends you to single key is page but then when trying to login or register it ends in a front-channel-logout page and is stuck there!!!!
