I had terrible experiences to your agent who visiting here. Yes I changes my address but I still communicate with you guys. Back September I explained to him that my old phone damage no longer working. So I have to retrieve my information esp. my email. I finally recovered my email November so I paid initially. We had verbal agreement that I will pay initially 2k then the rest next month to cleared my debt. I honestly experiencing financial issue cause my mom died and her medical bills other expenses. As professional agent you should have empathy and understand we clearly arrange properly but now he is harassing me and threatening me. I worked customer services for 7 yrs but I never did this to my client. I will tell this to my whole family and post this to all my social media platform how inconsiderate and no care to your client. I will pay whole balance and never ever get loan from you all.  I am planning to put this into legal action if he still harassing me.

This isn't the first time this has happened. I checked the app and saw that I’m eligible for both a product loan and a cash loan. Even an HC rep called me encouraging me to apply for the cash loan. I’ve always made my payments on time, with no pending loans. But every time I apply for a product loan, it's declined. I used to work as a customer service rep too. Did one of your agents do something to my account that causes my product loan applications to be automatically declined? Even the agents are confused when they assist me. I’ve been a reliable customer, and yet, despite receiving offers on the app and calls, my application gets declined every time. This is frustrating. You're not taking care of your good customer
